A QUALITY MUSEUM
For the period 2010-2012, the IBC - Research Institute for the Heritage and History of the Cultural Landscape and the Urban Environment – awarded the Museum of Scales and Balances recognition as a QUALITY MUSEUM in consideration of its operation and quality standard according to the regional rules (regulatory references).
Regulatory References
The requirements concern every aspect of the museum activity and aim to provide an efficient service in line with public requests. The agreed requirements concern various areas: legal status, financial order, structures and safety, personnel, management and archiving of the collections (conservation, documentation and research), relationships with the public and relevant services and relationships with the territory.
The Museum of Scales and Balances has no architectural barriers and is equipped with regular toilets and a lift.
The parking area in front of the museum provides places reserved especially for disabled people.
